目的 比较不同因素对紫萁黄酮和多糖含量的影响。方法 采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝法和硫酸-苯酚法分别测定不同产地、采收期和植物部位紫萁的黄酮和多糖含量,分析不同因素对紫萁黄酮和多糖含量的影响。结果 不同产地、采收期和植物部位的紫萁黄酮和多糖的含量存在明显差异,其中江西九江的黄酮的含量最高为27.12%,恩施产9月份的根茎和8月份的叶的黄酮含量最高,分别为14.99%和9.77%;重庆产的多糖含量最高为2.21%,恩施产9月份的根茎和8月份的叶的多糖含量最高,分别为1.38%和0.84%。结论 产地、采收期和植物部位对紫萁黄酮和多糖均有显著性影响,其中,产地的影响最大,其次为植物部位,采收期影响最小。研究结果为紫萁质量标准内容的完善和其进一步研究开发提供参考。

Objective To provide the effects of different factors on the content of flavonoids and polysaccharides of Osmunda japonica Thunb. Methods: The flavonoids content was determined by sodium nitrate-aluminium nitrate ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulphuric acid ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The influence factors on the content of flavonoids and polysaccharides were collated and analyzed. Results The content of flavonoids and polysaccharides of Osmunda japonica Thunb. from different locations, harvest times and plant parts were significant differences. Flavonoids from Jiujiang Jiangxi had the highest content (27.12% ). Rhizome extract in September and leaf extract in August from Enshi Hubei showed higher contents of flavonoids 14.99% and 9.77%, respectively. Polysaccharides from Chongqing had the highest content (2.21% ). Rhizome extract in September and leaf extract in August from Enshi Hubei showed higher contents of polysaccharides 1.38% and 0.84%, respectively. Conclusion Results showed that different locations, harvest times and plant parts had significant effects on flavonoids and polysaccharides contents of Osmunda japonica Thunb. Different locations was the most influential factor, then plant parts. Harvest times was the minimum influential factor. The results can provide reference for the improvement of the quality standard and further research and development of Osmunda japonica Thunb.
