[摘要] 目的 研究紫萁贯众(Osmundae Rhizoma)中的化学成分。方法 采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂色谱、硅胶层析柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱色谱、ODS(十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶,octadecyl silane)柱色谱和制备 HPLC 等色谱分离方法对紫萁贯众正丁醇部位进行化学成分分离,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析和鉴定化合物结构。结果 从紫萁贯众正丁醇部位中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为:2α,16β,17,18-四羟基-对映贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸 (1)、paniculoside-IV (2)和inoscavin A (3)。结论 化合物 1为新化合物,化合物 2,3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract] Objective To study the chemical constituents from Osmundae Rhizoma. Methods Three compounds were isolated and purified by AB-8 macroporous resin, chromategraphy on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS (Octa Decyl Silane) and preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results Three compounds were isolated from Osmundae Rhizoma. Their structures were identified as 2α,16β,17,18-Tetrahydroxy-ent-kauran- 19-oic acid (1), paniculoside-IV (2) and inoscavin A (3). Conclusion Compound 1 was a new compound. Compound 2, 3 were isolated from the genus osmunda for the first time.
